Rivals Top 150

Yep, Rivals updated today. No show for UT in the top 30 as some thought. 5 other SEC schools are in the top 30. But I guess that's good enough for some since we brought in a 5* mixed in with a bunch of mediocre players and more projects to fill our roster.

But, but, but we are consensus top thirty, maybe top 25.:)

Yep I thought we'd crack their top 30, if you look at UNLV (their 30th team) we have a higher ranked player, but their 2nd recruit is a juco 4* to our top 150 3* the rest of our commits are similar. So I would say we are right outside their top 30, not that that's anything to call home over.

One is "composite team rankings" and the other is "team rankings". I have no idea what the difference is. Looks stupid to have 2 different rankings for one site.

24/7 has their rankings and composite, which is actually a good idea I've always liked it. One is their ranking, the other is their ranking PLUS rivals, scout, espn and I'm not sure what other services they use, it's the average ranking between all those services though.

So...24/7 team ranking has Tennessee at 29 like I've been saying, their composite ranking (average of all services) has Tennessee at 37.

The link you just posted has Composite team ranking in 1/4" letters at the very top of the column.

Well take your pick either Tennessee is 29 according to their composite rankings (average of all services), or is 29 according to 24/7 rankings...you pick?

The way I read it, Tennessee is 29th on their rankings and 37th on their composite rankings...

I cant tell which is which to be honest and I dont know which is better 29th on 247 or being ranked 37th based on the average of all the main recruiting sites....Neither is overwhelming especially since we have a 5 star in this class.

Both boards are composite team rankings, 247 does not have a separate ranking because both boards at the top of the column have (247 composite team rankings).

So what's the difference then, cause I'm pretty sure you're wrong...one is 24/7 the other is composite...it's the same way their player rankings work.

We are 29th according to them, ive seen Rucker mention it (he works for 24/7), and we are 37th by their composite rankings. If ESPN didn't have Hubbs graded so poorly we would be in the 30s of ESPN team rankings which would move our composite ranking from 37 where it currently is to probably high 20s/low 30s.

Both boards say composite rankings

It's a glitch bro, 24/7 has their rankings and composite...you're simply being difficult because you don't want any ranking to have them top 30.

Like I said, either they're 29th in 24/7 rankings or 29th in composite rankings, take your pick.

ESPN dont know about Dyer County. If it were a little further west, bet they would have him a 5*.

Dave Telep who works for ESPN says he was biggest McDonald snub, but he doesn't have final say in rankings or Hubbs would be top 20 and five star according to ESPN.
