I read here a TON but never post....just have a question about this comment I see all the time. why is it the fans are CRAZY and IRRATIONAL because they want a coach fired that has never won anything anywhere that means anything? This is the worst stretch in UT football history in the 28 years ive been alive with no signs of real improvement. the offense took a step forward but the defense took 2 back so we are still in no better position to compete in the leauge. he has to go and we are not crazy for wanting it. a winning coach will have all the fan support he can handle.....

I dont consider myself a grudenite or leaning to any coach right now but this Gruden story is catching fire.

Ofcourse, 3 years ago prior to Dooley, there were several stories of coach possibilities that seemed to have smoke but quickly faded.

My God, almost any coach would have to be better than Dooley....is this now the how low can you go UT? The whole country is now laughing at the once proud Vols and sportscasters are laughing at our coaching on National Broadcasts.....I'm embarrassed to watch how many ways we can lose. I think the fans would gladly give to a fund to help correct this mess, I know I would....enough is enough.....I don't think Dooley deserves another minute to further discrace this once proud program
