The one that really amuses me is when a politician does something... gets caught.. then says "I'm sorry". "I apologize". And aaaaaaaalllll is forgiven. Cuomo will be the next one. Book it. He will "apologize"... the media will drop to their knees and he will go right back to work doing what he has been doing for years. Fleecing idiot New Yorkers.“Love Trumps Hate”
I love all the little slogans that are thought of from that Ivory Guilt Tower. This whole moral high ground routine is hilariously played out and old.
As much as I dislike some politicians I do realize they are still human beings.... sort of....and as rude and crude as I can be at times.... I wouldn’t stoop to celebrating a death of one of them.... or a liberal clown media personality. These people do have families and loved ones that are innocent of their dumbfu**ery. People should keep that in mind“Hate has no place here.”
I thought after the capitol riot that the republican base may have been willing to try and ease the tensions and divisiveness had the Biden admin stepped up and extended the olive branch. Now.... with all the EOs and the impeachment fiasco I’m fairly certain that ship has sailed.Nazi 101. Your opposition is both subhuman and the cause of all problems.
You are entitled to your opinion, but I don't think any of the bolded statement is accurate. On the contrary, he challenged people daily to think for themselves outside of what the mainstream media was feeding you.Rush’s political view was NEVER the issue.
Rush diseased the Republican Party. He fed a massive group of millions to be rude, condescending and antagonistic toward its political opponents. He didn’t challenge people to think, he said listen to me, and I’ll tell you what to think and who to vote for. As a conservative, I have no doubt that much of the socio-political climate and extreme leftism we see today is a reaction to decades of Rush fueling his listeners to be hateful and rude adversaries.
If the media likes you and you get into some kind of controversy, then the controversy is ignored until it hits some kind of critical mass and it can't be ignored any longer. When they do turn attention to it, it is always within the context of them "making a mistake" (i.e., they are always given the benefit of the doubt and assumed to have the best intentions) and are given a chance to apologize, which then allows them to move on.The one that really amuses me is when a politician does something... gets caught.. then says "I'm sorry". Why on God's green earth do Americans believe politicians are something special?
Maybe he can write a book on giving the perfect apology as a follow up on his Leadership book on Covid. Maybe he can go on the View and give a heartfelt sincere apology while Joy Behar sheds a tear and he secures an Emmy. If some of you don’t see what a joke this all is, it’s because you choose not to.The one that really amuses me is when a politician does something... gets caught.. then says "I'm sorry". Nominated for post of the year.Rush’s political view was NEVER the issue.

I listened to Rush and read his book in the 90s. That’s what I thought as well. I don’t disagree with the issues with mainstream media. It not so much what Rush said but how he said it. He was rude, and cruel and he breeded that in his listeners who soon feel into an echo chamber. You are entitled to your opinion, but I don't think any of the bolded statement is accurate. I guess I don't find using sarcasm being used as a tool on the radio to be rude and cruel.. That's just meI listened to Rush and read his book in the 90s. That’s what I thought as well. Yeah - I mean he essentially said "don't listen to the mainstream media's echo chamber; listen to my echo chamber."You are entitled to your opinion, but I don't think any of the bolded statement is accurate. A Bobby Knight game was a thing to behold in person. It was the 80s.
It was the pistons.
It was a team labeled the bad boys IN the 80s.
Modern day players and kids have no idea that it was an actual war to them and they were bringing hell every night. The broke jaws, broke legs, body slammed, hip checked, close lined, punched people.
It was like watching a fight with a basketball thrown into the ring.
......and I miss it sooooooo much.
And every coach in America thought the were Bobby knight.
