“American officials intercepted electronic data showing large financial transfers from a bank account controlled by Russia’s military intelligence agency to a Taliban-linked account, which was among the evidence that supported their conclusion that Russia covertly offered bounties for killing U.S. and coalition troops in Afghanistan, according to three officials familiar with the intelligence.”
“The intercepts bolstered the findings gleaned from the interrogations, helping reduce an earlier disagreement among intelligence analysts and agencies over the reliability of the detainees. The disclosures further undercut White House officials’ claim that the intelligence was too uncertain to brief President Trump. In fact, the information was provided to him in his daily written brief in late February, two officials have said.”
Over half those were acting and replaced by permanent nominees, and none of them lost their jobs, they just do something else now. Your avatar says USAF...remember when people "got fired" in the Air Force? Its the same thing for these IG's. Now when I said I fired 3 people, I actually fired 3 people.LOL.....there's a couple of Inspectors General who have been dismissed lately that say differently
Yeah. I'm sure Trump was quaking in his boots after a handful of our guys wiped out 300 Russians in Syria. Remember the apologies from Trump and the concessions he gave Russia?*If the reports regarding these intercepts are true* ... then there definitely appears to be more corroborating evidence than the White House and Trump's National Security Adviser, Robert O'Brien, had initially led the public to believe concerning Russian payments to the Taliban. It's becoming clear, that no amount of evidence in support of Russian bounties being paid, would have ever been sufficient to prompt President Donald Trump into taking any action against Vladimir Putin and Russia. For whatever reason, Trump just doesn't want to cross Putin. It is beginning to look like fear.
Lol wtf was that?

Oh, and there's this:
Donald Trump's comments about daughter raise eyebrows - CNN Video
Sure you wanna go down this road?

I remember that President Donald Trump ordered a withdrawal of U.S. troops from northern Syria last October, in order to avoid a conflict between Turkey and formerly US-backed Kurdish fighters. Basically, Donald Trump abandoned the Kurds, because that is exactly what Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Erdogan wanted him to do. Donald Trump is nothing more than Putin's puppet. He openly belittles and fights with the leaders of our allies (although, mostly just whenever they are women, such as Merkel and May) and kowtows to the needs and desires of our enemies. Trump is the embodiment of a weak and feckless leader. Trump is the ultimate fake tough guy. Trump's empty rhetoric aside, he is and he will always be, "Cadet Bone Spurs" at heart... Trump is a morally bankrupt and pathetic coward.Yeah. I'm sure Trump was quaking in his boots after a handful of our guys wiped out 300 Russians in Syria. Oh. What? You don't?? Neither does anyone else because it never happened.
Ah look at you, a freshly hatched war hawk! Trump getting our guys out of Syria where Obama got us was 100% a victory for America. I can only assume that your hatred for my country clouds your judgement on that.I remember that President Donald Trump ordered a withdrawal of U.S. troops from northern Syria last October, in order to avoid a conflict between Turkey and formerly US-backed Kurdish fighters. National Security Adviser, Robert O'Brien, seemed to be making an issue of corroborating evidence in his statement released yesterday, when he said: "Because the allegations in recent press articles have not been verified or substantiated by the Intelligence Community, President Trump had not been briefed on the items..." That is what I was referring to. O'Brien was obviously downplaying the significance of the intelligence which has been collected. He probably did this in order to explain/excuse why Trump (supposedly) wasn't briefed on this intelligence, and also, why no action has been taken to this point against Russia. The issue never was about corroborating evidence. It was more about a pissing match between CIA and NSA. It was "Show me the intercepts" vs "We have sources who are reliable who confirm." The CIA Put the money, signal intercepts interrogations, data and timing together and came away "high confidence" that the Russians were paying bounties. NSA had "moderate confidence." The issue of so called corraborating evidence seems to be a political issue. This was a policy failure not a intelligence failure.

I also find the fascination with bone spurs interesting. What branch and war did you serve in?
Yes, they do think that about Trump. Almost all that I know think he is a joke. We've never had so much brass speak out against a sitting President as we've had these past 3 years. So you think Biden is a coward as well right?
And no, a majority of retired military personnel don't think that about Trump. Thats laughable.
You dont know about Biden yet? He is a draft dodger as well. Developed asthma after playing college football.Yes, they do think that about Trump. Almost all that I know think he is a joke. We've never had so much brass speak out against a sitting President as we've had these past 3 years.
I don't know about Biden yet but I do know about Trump
I don't think that not serving in the military makes someone a coward, but saying that one man is a coward for dodging the draft when the man you support did the same thing, does make you a-lot-a-bit of a hypocrite.I didn't serve in the United States Armed Forces. I also didn't dodge a military draft, by taking a medical deferment over bone spurs, as Donald Trump did.
After being in combat myself I 100% get why people didn't want to be forced to go to Nam. I doubled down on that after hearing my Father talk about his 2 years in Nam. It was almost like they had the Air Force running the ops.I don't think that not serving in the military makes someone a coward, but saying that one man is a coward for dodging the draft when the man you support did the same thing, does make you a-lot-a-bit of a hypocrite.
That wouldn't apply to me, but thanks for showing your ignorance and stupidity. I served in the Middle East post 9/11You dont know about Biden yet? He is a draft dodger as well. Developed asthma after playing college football.
I'm sure the ones you know think that. They are what we in the USAF called "noners". They are the ones that on 9/12, 2001 were screaming they were gay or conscientious objectors. It was so weird to me that every airman doing that just so happened to openly talk about hating Bush....Those were the real cowards.
I didn't say it applied to you homeslice. Relax. Lots of people have served in the middle east post 9/11. One of my friends did 6 months in Diego Garcia. She complained it was the worst duty ever..I can only imagine the horror. That wouldn't apply to me, but thanks for showing your ignorance and stupidity. I served in the Middle East post 9/11
