School Shooting in Knoxville

You prove my point too. The bad thing is, I don’t think you even realize it.
The hilarious thing is you think you’ve stumbled on some realization that we haven’t already acknowledged. We aren’t interested in adding more limitations on our rights for others actions we are not accountable for.

We are not interested in any further firearms ownership limitations. We are only interested in repeal of current limitations.

Not interested. Because I’ve done nothing wrong.
There are people who are interested in solving problems. You’re discounting the perspectives of others in favor of your zero sum stance. So if you’re not interested in the discussion to defend your stance, stand aside. Whats the point in standing up constantly screaming “I don’t care”?

You’re only hurting yourself. Problems don’t go away because you ignore them, and if you don’t join the discussion to defend your logic, then you’re eventually going to be brushed aside.

So... what items on the title II list are you ready to remove restrictions on? That’s the only discussion I’m interested in having.

But what if we are not allowed to discuss the root cause problems openly without being labeled names to shut us up?

Then you aren’t discussing with someone that has genuine intentions, as long as you can present quantitative and qualitative facts to back up your root cause rather than hyperbole.

That’s clearly our own hang up. Stop resisting the “discussion”.

He acts like we are avoiding some difficult discussion he wants to have. I’m not even interested in having the discussion he’s forcing which is further firearms limitations due to the criminal activities of individuals against others and the poor choices of individuals against themselves (which is by and large the biggest source of firearm fatalities)

I don’t see the point in giving up a right that I already have just because others think I should either . That’s the problem , not one single 2a supporter , with common sense , trusts the politicians and especially liberal politicians to be rational or reasonable about anything .

First, I never said it should be a crime for them to drink, I said it should be a crime for them to excessively drink (continuums).
Second, you have not seen me once advocate for removing a person's ability to purchase a firearm for defense, recreation, collection, etc.......
If you are advocating for a person to only be able to purchase one gun a month, and there are two guns they want to buy, and the next month that gun is sold out, you absolutely are....and it makes no logical sense whatsoever....it doesn't stop crime, it just delays a normal legal transaction because of irrational emotional feelings by you yourself.

It’s to practice killing, that’s the original purpose anyway. If you don’t plan on using them to kill or maim, then it’s just a hobby.

You can get training value in shooting anything. I love to go to the river behind my house and shoot. Sometimes there’s a kids ball or a plastic bottle that’s flowing down river or gets caught up in an eddy. It’s fun shooting it with my AR and seeing it fly 20-30 feet in the air.

Gun control like leftists preach will NEVER happen, literally NEVER...not enforceable, not legal and has no practical effect on the "gun violence" you are crying about.
We don't have to "defend" the clear logic of the US Constitution and the God-given right to self-defense. The fact you think we have to says more about you and your emotional illogical feelings about it.

Like most liberal stances on subjects, it's out of emotional and naivety and has no practical purpose or effect in real world, real-life situations

How many people die from an accidental discharge of a hammer? Yes, far too silly to sustain intelligent debate. My God
who cares? people die from stupid accidents every day....vending machine accidents, electrocutions, drownings, falls, cutting themselves on things..

It's working perfectly. You're being too obtuse to acknowledge it right now.
The modification to sale of booze to pregnant women worked. The bulk sales example doesn’t. Luther previously explained his belief that there’s a connection between multiple weapon sales and illegal firearms* in circulation.

He can run it through his “reasonable and rational” criteria to justify different outcomes on bulk liquor sales and bulk gun sales. Confronting him with irrational or unreasonable laws doesn’t do anything to disprove what he’s saying, it just highlights a known point of disagreement.

* - I assume this means firearms in the possession of people who lack the legal status to possess them.

Where are these people interested in solving problems. I haven't noticed any here. All I've seen are people wanting to place more restrictions on law abiding citizens.
