I have no problem standing by the post. Mark it and bring it back out every six months.
The past 8 months have largely been trying to wash away the stench of Trumpism.
Unfortunately, many are making that impossible.

Trumpism isn't causing this massive inflation. It didn't cause the debacle in Afg. It's not causing this ridiculous overreach in exec power. It didn't cause the border issues. Make all the excuses you want but a couple of things are clear to me

-Joe is not in charge and is simply reading what's in front of him Ron Burgundy style
-the people actually running things are absolutely clueless

He's not even able to give a live speech today. There's truly something wrong

There were not 81 million votes for Biden; there were 81 million votes against Trump. HUGE difference.
Biden's nomination was a mistake, but not nearly as big as the was the nomination of Trump in 2016.

The point remains that 81 million voters felt that a mentally compromised man was still a better choice than Trump.

If the repubs. nominate Trump in '24, they will be handing the election to whoever the dems nominate.

Those who supported Trump don't get to deny that the majority of the population would have supported anyone against Trump.
That was crystal clear over the past 4 years.....it remains crystal clear today....and yet there are those who hope Trump runs in '24.

Same goes for anybody who voted for Trump. If somebody cast a vote for Trump then they voted for Trump. If somebody cast a vote for Biden then they voted for Biden.

There was plenty of contest; to rid the nation of the most horrendously despicable human to ever hold the office of POTUS.
That was the only context the majority needed.
It was obvious and inevitable from day one of the Trump catastrophe.
