I think Duke is in that battle for Jabari Parker and may get him. I think I read where Parker may visit Florida as well. Don't quote me on that though.
Yep, Parker is visiting UF for the Mizzou game in early November. It's most likely a battle between Michigan State and Duke for him, though.

I doubt that.......it has never been done in the history of basketball without cheating......there are too many great coaches for him to be able to seemingly hand pick who he wants

What has never been done, amazing recruiting without blatantly cheating?

And how many coaches in the history of basketball have put guys in the top 5 in a 3 year span like he has?

Someone needs to hurry up with some dirt on Cal. This is starting to get ridiculous.

Let Cal have his.
This is one reason Martin came here.
He wants to compete with the best.
Cuonzo won't rest until he's matching Cal tit for tat in recruiting.
SEC BB is on its way to becoming like football.
Harder to win an SEC Ch than a NC.

Calban, although I want CCM to be on the same elite level recruiting as Cal, I just don't see that happening. I do believe Cuonzo will take our recruiting to heights that we've never seen before, but what Cal is doing is "other-worldly." The type of players that CCM is recruiting (hard-nosed, defensive minded, high character, etc) is going to allow him to compete with Cal on the hardwood and I expect it to be a real rivalry again. No one is really competing with Cal on the recruiting front though.

Yeah, They had an expert on one of the many sports talk shows showing a chart describing recruiting and no one in the history of the game had recruited even close to the level cal does that wasn't eventually proven to be cheating...cal is not blatant, he is a very good cheater.

Cal does not put them in the top 5, he recruits players that are going to be in the top 5.......prime example is enes kanter, he never played for cal but was a top draft pick.

Its obvious you bias hate towards Cal is effecting your thoughts. Ever think these high profile one ad dones wanna play with each other? They look at last years team full of underclassmen and watched them dominate. What Freshman recruit wouldnt want that. It helps the fact that he's recruiting at UK now. Much easier here than it is at Memphis or Umass.
Besides its not all bad. UT benefits from us being so good. Its helps UT's RPI

Edit: A close loss to us is probably more helpful for UT then a beat down of Aurburn in the eyes of the NCAA

Well there's a first for everything. While I think it's likely cal definitely used to, I just don't think he has to anymore.

Prime example is Daniel orton. A benchwarmer on any other team like he was doesn't go first round...that's the Cal effect. If you think if MKG played anywhere else he'd have gone #2...well I simply disagree.

People are agreeing that he isn't cheating??? This is the first rival board that actually believes this.

Hell even I have my worries on some of Cal's past recruits at UK. Bledsoe being my main concern.

I think he definitely cheated in the past, and probably while at UK...but, I just think its no longer needed. Basically, i don't think he cheated to get the Harrison's.

No bias is clouding my opinion, I wouldn't believe it no matter who the coach was or what team it was. There is no way one coach has that much better recruiting than the rest of college basketball?
