I refuse to vote for either of these monsters. However, I find myself hoping that Trump wins. I'm now convinced that a Trump victory in 2024 is the only way to guarantee that Trump won't be the GOP nominee in 2028.

That’s basically where I’m at. I’ll vote for him because I do like his policies more than hers and more importantly I want this chapter of the GOP behind us

There's little distinction between his rallies, debates, Twitter ramblings. He treats it as a mechaniam to fire up his base.

I think Trump is unfit to be dog catcher, won’t vote for anybody who endorsed him after 1/6/21, and am small government to the point of being socially liberal. So around here I’m way left of center.

National defense, some aspects of public health, and infrastructure are core government functions.
Socially, very much “let people do what they want.”
Economy, I’ve tended to trust Republicans more.
I think states should be laboratories of democracy. Let them do what they want and let people see what works etc.

Her name was on the ballot for VP in 2020.

As far as leadership is concerned .... Trump is not exactly a pillar of accountability. On one hand, he is dismissive of so many former members of his administration being publicly critical of him. Basically, he speaks of them as being disgruntled former employees, who he had fired. But who hired them in the first place?

Also, Trump had instilled his followers with the belief that he could still retain the presidency on January 6, 2021. He certainly did have a role in the violence that ensued at the Capitol that day .... 'I had nothing to do with it."

The buck never stops with Trump. He is all ego.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how people cannot see that she is talking out of both sides of her mouth and no one (not even herself ) knows what she will do if elected. I didn't watch the debate and I see people saying she lied, which is kinda what I expect so I just accept it, but I'm not even sure I would call this a lie, and I assume it's the best example you got. RFK is still a left wing liberal. He aligns with about 10% of my ideals. Same with Tulsi. Endorsing Trump doesn't do anything for me.
