I can't believe those on here defending Assange just because he is willing to say that it wasn't the Russians responsible for the DNC leaks (which he has a vested interest in doing).

Oh, we want to drop a Trump-ism, eh? Holding someone accountable for their actions is automatically a witch hunt now? Assange was accused of sex crimes and ran to avoid facing those charges. There is nothing honorable about that.

You know he has showed evidence that the charges were trumped up bs, right? That's verifiable. It was a witch hunt, and he did well to avoid that aspect of it. It still ruined his life. But at least he cleared his name in that regard.

Because London police have said they will arrest him as soon as he steps outside. He will then be extradited to the US for the atrocious acts of keeping the peasants informed about how their ruling class has been corrupted. American, first and foremost. Who else can be trusted to keep our country secure and enforce it's laws. That's what these agencies do, or at least that's their mission.

So why would the media, the DNC, and posters on this board give a rats azz if conservatives look into a Rich coverup? You would think they would enjoy seeing them make a fool of themselves...that is of course if there is nothing going on.

What's interesting about this particular incident is the lack of consideration that both sides could be correct. It could have been a convergence of leaks. The Russians could have hacked the DNC to further their interests AND Seth could have been working with Wikileaks to release them due to his disgust of the corruption; with neither side knowing about the other one.

There is only evidence of one of these. Our intelligence community is unanimous in it's belief that the Russians (Cozy Bear and Fancy Bear) hacked the DNC. There is no evidence that Seth Rich was "disgusted" with any alleged corruption within the DNC. His parents have adamantly denied this theory. The only person (Wheeler) who has linked him in any way to WikiLeaks has recanted and changed his story and is now thoroughly discredited. One of these 'sides' has completed investigations going for it with facts and bipartisan support while the other has nothing going for it but conjecture from the far right who continue to use the information of their discredited source... because they have nothing else.
