Some up to 100 mph straight line winds came through about 5 am. Lots of trees down but none for me. As stated earlier, that beast of a tornado that went through Bham passed just north of me and all I got was some rain and thunder/lightning. I almost feel guilty given the damage others received.

If anyone has seen the images of ringgold georgia or know where its at please continue praying. Just spoke with the police officer who lives next door and he said they aren't even showing the worst part. He told me some pretty gruesome stories he saw. They found a little girl three miles from her home. Father said they were turning to the bathroom and when he turned around to grab her she was gone. Also said there will be more fatalities announced. They've only announced bodies that have been identified and there are several more that haven't yet. My heart goes out to these families.

I'm a funeral director / embalmer, and we had 3 deaths here just south of us. I was asked to help the funeral home that was called to remove and embalm. Pretty bad stuff. And I've seen just about everything you can imagine... I thought...

I don't know how true this is, but he said another officer told him they found an old man with his eyes missing. Dont know if it was preexisting or if the tornado ripped them out. Pretty crazy stuff.

Hello everyone. Power here is out for at least 4-5 days and possibly up to two wks. Been outside since before 6 this morning helping others clean up. I'll start clean up on mine tomorrow. My house is going to have to be completely gutted and redone. They're sayin that the tornado that hit was at least a f3 possibly f4. 12 ppl died n my small town of harvest and there are some missing still.

This is the satellite imagery of the tornado tracks. If you look closely, you will see faint whote lines running from bottom left to upper right. Those are the tracks. Simply amazing
