After looking at the URL, that picture actually seems to be from 1997 when the river stage reached 40.76 feet.

It....is STILL raining here. This is going to be bad

In the past week, it has only stopped raining long enough on Friday and Saturday to mow my yard (a wet yard) and watch my gf run in the Nashville marathon.

I am trying not to complain though considering the deadly outbreak from last week.
 
Drove through Illinois today. Crossed over the Ohio river. This looks like it could get bad, real bad. Rained heavily the entire way through as well.
 
Was up in higdon Alabama today. Wow is all I can say. We got rocked down in the valley, but nowhere near the devastation and loss of life that was up there.
