Shane Beamer

In Beamer’s defense, many from Vol Twitter have relentlessly harassed him among others. It’s one thing to talk sh*t on a message board but to constantly be tagging and harassing opposing groups is pathetic.
I agree that's weak as hell . . . but why would you even acknowledge their existence? This is pulling over in your Mercedes to argue with a homeless guy.

I'm not a huge Beamer fan, but I can see why SC fans like him. He kinda seems like just one of us average guys who got a head coaching position at a big program. He just says what he wants to say.

That being said, I'm glad our game against them is early next year. I don't want to wait this out any longer than we already have to, we need to absolutely thump them into the ground and remind them of their place in the pecking order.
Neyland will be absolutely possessed.

I want to smoke these fools. Badly. Apparently, he was also pointing at our bench late in the game after they scored. Don’t know if anyone saw that or was aware of it.
Next seasonI want to go for 2 up 6 touchdowns, and when the media asks Heupel why he went for 2 after a late touchdown, he’s going to say “because they wouldn’t let me go for 3”.

Shane Beamer fires back at Tennessee fan, other Vols’ recent silence. Of all the coaches we had to lose to this clown? The South Carolina game in Neyland needs to be circled next season and we should show no mercy. Beamer is such a tool I hope we beat him like we did Mizzou this year and run up the score.

ultimately, that loss will be good for this program. it sucks that we lost and lost a shot a natty in the process, but you can't really take any teams lightly on the road in the sec. we're in good hands with heupel and he will continually field teams that programs like sc will have a hard time containing. we will most likely boatrace these guys in neyland next year and most years. our stock is still on the rise and our d will only get better. we learned a lot.

Beamer is a loudmouth trying to get attention for his program. I’ll give them credit for beating our tails but they are not world beaters or an elite program. I didn’t like his dad and it appears I really don’t like him.
Should the same team which beat Clemson on the road and kicked Tennessee's butt at home have also lost at home to Missouri and lost 38-6 at Florida? This screams "FLUKE!"

Coaches responding on Twitter isn’t awesome it’s pathetic. If you’re in charge of a multi-million dollar organization, act like it.
His players and recruits love it. He is doing what he needs to do to build a winning program and he is doing a good job...like him or not. He earned the right to talk for a year. Live with it
