It doesn't work that way. Again libs do not understand.

What is more likely to happen is the government fails and rule of law breaks down. Police are not available to protect you and you will have to protect yourself. You can look at many examples all over the world. Our military has seen many examples of this all over the world. It happens. It's how governments are overthrown. Venezuela is going through this very thing. People are starving and will do anything to survive. Many professional women (Doctors, Lawyers, etc) have turned to prostitution just to survive. Many are helpless and have no way to defend themselves.

Again you don't understand. Venezuela is a Tyrannous Government. What happened after the fact? It has failed and rule of law is failing and people are not protected. Get a clue.

Serious question. Why do you need even one AK or AR, let alone several of each? The fact that you're a responsible gun owner is immaterial.

Libs always ask that question as a gotcha question. How about the fact that it is my Constitutional Right to do so? It's not always about need. Why does someone need 2 cars when one will do? Why does some need 2 homes when one will do? Why does someone need several outfits to wear when a few will do? Why do women need lots of purses and shoes? It's America.

Ask a car collector why he needs so many cars? Same answer.

Right of gun ownership isn’t limited by the constitution to home protection and duck hunting. It gives the right to form a militia to protect against foreign invaders or against an oppressive government, should the need arise.

Personally, I don't have a problem with gun ownership. My kids go hunting with their grandpa and my step-daughter just hit the gun range this weekend with her boyfriend.

However, I feel we should do something and everything should be on the table. Tighter gun control laws should not automatically be dismissed just because we're scared of political ideology. Initial indications are that this idiot bought these guns illegally. If that's the case the enforcing the current gun laws isn't the issue.

Compromise people. Our country needs to learn to compromise. I suggest we take a lesson from Mr. Potato head. He's to two eyes, two ears, and one mouth. We all need to stop talking and start listening.

Just my opinion folks...not looking to offend anyone here so take it for what it's worth.

We need to be looking at the over prescription of anti-depressants and other mood altering drugs. Address the holes in HIPPA that prevent reporting of mental illness to the registries that the instant BGC uses.
