So, when is the press conference?

Her style and personality coupled with the UT prestige will attract plenty of high level recruits given her exciting brand of WBB, I expect her to be a huge success gathering quality players. I also expect her to get some players that might not meet the standard definition of elite out of HS and the portal, but are players that fit her system to a T (no pun intended), kinda like they do at IU and Gonzaga and Iowa State etc…She has a big hill to climb in the SEC but I think she can climb it and would rather have her than the coach KY just hired, who I don’t think will be super successful in the SEC. This hire could end up being great vision. Just my thoughts…

Here is the problem with that SC don't press yes they play uptempo and have size. To me looks like Ark 2.0. I just don't think her style of play will fit a roster with a lot of size. As for Tessa and Fulwiley they were gonna play anyway due to only having 10 on the roster.
Yeah just meaning them on the scout. Like truly.

I didn’t mean we will play like them.
Arkansas doesn’t press…

We’ll be somewhere between West Virginia men and Arkansas women.

Probably a lot smaller. I saw Hayes was guarding the JMU post in their championship game

We have no choice at this point but to support her. She's got a chance with that personality.

Danny White on the other hands is not convincing anyone with that fake "we interviewed the best" "Return the program to greatness" crap. Own the truth - you hired an up and comer at a bargain basement salary (8th in the SEC) and you hope it works out. You didn't go interview the best and then end up with Kim. Other than that, I liked it. Time to back her and roll.
DW is too big for his……..jacket.

She’s gotta recruit at that level though too…

I see why she impressed in interviews. Let’s see if she can convince ten players of that caliber to come here without a recent history of winning at this level. I remain cautiously optimistic.

What you see is what you get! A well spoken dedicated young woman who makes me think of a young Pat Summit. As she stated, she will never be Pat but I’m thinking she will establish her own pedigree. Her enthusiasm should resonate with both fans and players and is good to see. Wish her a great tenure with the Lady Vols.

Really not impressed with Danny White's comments so far. "We left no stone unturned." "We wanted someone who could win next year." "We wanted to restore the program to the best, not just relevant". "The enemy of greatness is good."

Kim understandably was nervous and a little awkward, but White had more deer in headlights look than she did. Awkward doesn't begin to encapsulate his remarks.

How could someone not? This is about as good as it gets for a women's basketball coach. Tennessee is as good as it gets -- in spite of what those "the job sucks" morons on social media want to say about it. What is the expression? 100 percent of the shots you don't take? Well, this is her shot.

I can't imagine any scenario where any spouse would want them to turn that down, even if it creates some challenges on the way.
Husband being a fromer player .
He can give advice about games at home.
He Scott some as advisor away from the team.
He doesn't have not do nothing.
But Husband not being on the Coaching staff takes away for someone to able to
complain about a assistant coach married to the head coach.

Didn't care about before.
But some did care.

This also brings a huge question ona out her for me… what is her development like? I figure it’s pretty good but how will that translate. This thought excites me the most.

Maybe we see a top 25 at one time Kaiya re-emerge.. maybe Sarah and Tess will be able to dribble. Maybe maybe maybe so many thoughts.
