Wish we could get Turner a couple more runs just don't feel like three is enough.

Turner finishes more sideways to the plate than any pitcher I've seen and her head is pointed away from the plate at release more than most pitchers. Most pitchers try to keep their head pointed straight at the target through the pitch and they usually close their body up more through the pitch.

Not a criticism, just an observation. She's been great today.

They noted a Stanford hitter had changed after the rule change. It has been over 2 years no reason not to adjust.

Turner is such a good fielder for a pitcher.

Really good win. Turner really stepped up. Most of our lineup hitting.

I think the way she mixed that change up with the fast ball was the best I have seen her throw. Really glad for her she has pitched in some tough luck a lot this season. Big win for the team.
