Somewhat off topic: Is it possible that Pig Howard

Is this thread supposed to reverse a call or bring back a fumble or what?

Pig seems to be everybody's favorite player. I like the name too. I like the kid. He plays with a lot of heart. But I don't think he'll figure into a lot of offensive plans in the future. He might turn into another Randall Cobb but not seeing it now.

If I was Pig, I would get every film of Wes Welker games I could get my hands on. Pig has the quick moves as Welker and would be able to get open as well. If I was him I would get with Tennessee QB's and work like crazy. If he does he will be a millionaire on Sundays. The OC should be able to design several plays to make a major threat to the opponents. He could be our ticket to success .By the way, you cannot blame that loss on Pig. He put his heart in that run.

But it was THE critical play of the game.

Well Pig did recover Neals fumble last night

I don't remember it distinctly but weren't there several Tennessee players on top of it? And, still I'm not saying he hasn't made any good plays during the season. It just seems a couple of times when games were on the line Pig seemed to be there in the wrong way.

Also, in the Vandy game when we were trying to make the first down he was the one of "bobbled catch" that gets ruled incomplete. Again, didn't make the clutch play.

Pig is going to be a heck of a player next year. Especially when we finally have some other playmakers beside of him.

Pig IMO is to short to be a WR -- I wouldnt mind seeing him return kickoffs and punts or even RB (next season) but with the WR shortage there was no choice but to play him there

Ha ha I have heard it all now..... If any of the 3 QBs had any accuracy when throw the ball it would be a different story. Hell the tall ones aren't catching the balls much either

has the Arian Foster curse? I don't believe in bashing players and this isn't meant to bash and Pig is definitely a good player and asset to the team but you can arguably say he cost us two wins. I believe someone pointed out that Arian probably cost Tennessee five wins during his Tennessee career due to untimely fumbles. Does this mean Pig is going to cost us at least three more games?

how many games has the defense cost Tn wins ? Pig cost Tn the game where he fumbled trying to score and win the game ? you make zero sense.

What about the untimely penalty and the fumbled catch during the Vandy game?

Well, for instance North with those clutch catches and "The Clutch" catch against South Carolina. You don't see him making miscues that lose games.

North has had some drops that killed drives. the catch you are speaking of was nothing but luck. out of 10 times how many times does he make that catch ? yes it was a amazing catch but he has dropped some easy catches.

But, in the tight game we had a chance to win he made the catch.

If you remember North made some great catches in the Georgia game too. We should have won it except for the untimely Pig fumble.

There was no guarantee we were going to win that game even if that score had counted. There are players you could pick on. I just don't see Pig being one of them.

I like North and think he will be great but you cant nit pick on pig and praise North when North has had his moments also. Pig kept us in the Ga game

Ok, I don't mean to pick on Pig. My next thread I'll pump some sunshine.
