Absolutely proven. Indisputable fact that pedophiles are preying on kids. Too many people turning a blind eye than helping.

I'm a licensed foster parent and I work with youth. I can tell you that it's 100% a reality.

Through my work I’ve gotten to know the technology (at a very high level) that’s used to track down these monsters known as child predators. It’s super advanced and mind blowing stuff. Similar tech is used to locate missing and exploited children. It’s a damn epidemic and most folks have no idea of the magnitude of the problem. It’s a damn shame…. I sincerely hope “Sound of Freedom” opens some eyes and educates people.

You're not making much sense. I'm critical of the person and the org. I am only tangentally critical of the movie. My only comment about the movie was to say I'd have trouble suspending my disbelief, but you want to point out this meaningless technicality that I have commented on the movie. Cool waste of time. Go waste somebody else's.

I'm making perfect sense you're caught up in semantics. You said you didn't comment on the movie. I used a line from Independence Day in an attempt to show a little light-hearted humor that was actually accurate.

If it's such a waste of time stop responding here and go respond to the important stuff that's not a waste of time.

I’m not sharing the personal stories of children but the majority of children who are put into forced labor or trafficked are or have been in foster care. The data is out there if you don’t believe me. Like @Behr said, responding to you is a waste of time. You can look the statistics up for yourself. If you don’t believe the religiously affiliated organizations data, check the FBI and Department of Homeland Security.

So no links? I love facts and information, but it's not even clear specifically what I'm supposed to be confirming that you agree with from the other post. I'm not your average VN poster. I'd rather change my mind and be right than try to preserve my ego and continue being wrong*. Please, show me the facts.

For example, I just googled "fbi more slavery than ever," and I can't validate the claim. The best resource I found was this, which indicates we've only been tracking since 2013, and each year, participation increases, so the numbers of course, increase. And human Trafficking is not even the same thing as slavery, it counts adult women who choose to be prostitutes, too. I believe we're just talking kids ITT. What is convincing you guys that there is more slavery than ever?

We attempted to get tickets again tonight and the theaters are full again. The 10:00 PM has a few seats in the front but that’s it. I’m not sure that I want that bad of seats for that late of a time. They really need to move it to a bigger theater.

Some folks have been successful by calling their local theaters and requesting more showings. Granted, it’s something I’ve never thought about but many venues severely underestimated the demand for this movie. Apparently, it’s worked as some theaters have added numerous showings due to demand and requests.

We bought two seats on the very front row. It’s totally sold out for the 10:00 PM now too.

It’s really hard to change to a bigger theater. They map out what movies are where and sell tickets days in advance. My son works for our Regal and he said it’s the main discussion at work. They definitely underestimated this one.
