The first card I bought when I started my “old man” collection(that’s what my boy calls it) was my Canseco and Strawberry rookies!

Love it! I remember when that ‘88 Donruss Olerud rookie card hit $5.25 in Beckett. That was HUGE back then!

I bet you have it if you have those 2 in the pic you posted. What’s an ‘89 Upper Deck KG rookie worth these days? I think the most I ever saw it was like $200.

I don‘t . I bought the non auto a long time ago. I bought the auto version last year (When I could finally swing it).

PSA 10 (Topps, Score, UD) all go for roughly the same price from what I’ve seen. I saw one for $199 when I looked tonight (Topps)

Thought I would show this my only hockey card. I got this probably in the mid to late 90's in a multi-sport repack box that also had a 1981 Topps Julius Erving.

I was born in ‘84. 90’s is my generation sports wise.

We’re not that far apart then. I was mid-to-late 80s for my start into sports, well, as far as card collecting anyway. I was a huge Braves fan even from a little tot. Broke my heart when they traded Dale Murphy, at least until some kid named Dave Justice took Murph’s spot and jacked about 30 homers in less than a full year.

I’ll get some stuff together this weekend and maybe we can work something out on the Drake’s and I’d love to see the 83 Diamond Kings and the puzzles!

That is one of my favorite cards...of course mine isn’t signed.

When I first started getting into hockey, he was my first favorite player. Still remember watching some of those payoff runs he had with the Sabers....good times!

I don’t even want to know what that 2nd pic set you back, especially the Jackie.
The vintage is awesome, but I really like that Fisk!

Honestly, I’m not sure what the value of the Drake’s or the puzzles are…what do you think? I’m guessing the DK’s are around a $1 a card..

DK’s would be a fair average at $1 each.
The puzzles, probably around $5 each?

It doesn’t have to be vintage. I figured the ‘83 DK set…I have 6 DK’s from ‘82(2-Nolan Ryan’s)…and the 2 puzzles…basically a $40 value?
