Everyone was all about this thing when it started (including myself to a point). Now that the playing field has leveled and the mercenary era of college football is upon us, it’s fair to say there’s a good deal of buyers remorse.

Just hope we have a plan to get some guys from the portal.

Are we going to have any receivers left?

We didn’t really use them this year and the ones we had were probably sick of the lack of coaching and the playcalling that limited their opportunities.

Of course, our WR’s didn’t help themselves either. Seemed a very “going through the motions” group with a few exceptions.

It’s all about the money now. Especially for players that probably won’t make the NFL. They are trying to cash in as much as they can before eligibility is up. Most players don’t care about their school anymore.

I’m hearing he wants more money. It will be interesting seeing where he lands. I can’t see any team paying more than what we were/are.
Why would we pay a WR that has numbers an average TE has.
He's not worth what he's been getting IMO. Too many drops, jumps for no reason, doesn't make contested catches, basically zero yards after contact. Let move on and upgrade!

Not many. I wonder if Boo is taking a spot based on the timing
He’s thinking about transferring, too. They are “in talks” about NIL $$& but he isn’t happy being promised offensive snaps but receiving zero. He committed to TN over Colorado w/ the understanding he would play offense, too.

Edit- looks like Boo is staying per 104.5 zone. Their earlier reports (per my comments above) were accurate. Good job by Heup and company keeping him. I can only imagine the stress these coaches feel nowadays.
