That would make sense, but it sounds like there was some substance to that, given that people in the know on this board have discussed it and it was addressed by Hubbs and Price also.By those who hit the portal and ended up at lesser schools. That’s called being bitter. Instead of blaming themselves for not seeing the field they blame the WR coach.
White was a mediocre player, a role player playing a starters role. Banged up, yes. Dynamic, no.That would make sense, but it sounds like there was some substance to that, given that people in the know on this board have discussed it and it was addressed by Hubbs and Price also.
What would Squirrel have to be bitter about? He got more clock than he should’ve this season. His shoulder was so messed up it seemed to really have a huge impact on his ability.

As I understand it, he played with an injured shoulder. I admire his courage for playing despite adversity. Though I know some of our fans are negaVols and canniVols due to a DNA defect.Dude can't catch unless he's diving for a great pass that he somersaults all over the field. Good riddance. Next man up
I think Squirrel was better than a mediocre player when he was healthy, at least he had his moments. How much stock are we putting in Boo getting serious reps on offense? I know what’s been said and I think the more times he has the ball in has hands the better, but unless he’s making a permanent change to offense I have my doubts about him being a huge contributor on the offensive side of the ball.White was a mediocre player, a role player playing a starters role. What does he have to be bitter about? Boo coming across the line to potentially take his reps.
Contracted employees with a CBA are excluded in that. As long as it is set up like the NFL, which includes a buyout clause, should be in the clear.Tennessee is an at will employer state. I think the best they could do is give you a bonus and your contact basis you pay a chunk back if you leave early
He had moments. Too small to break tackles and too slow to be double teamed.I think Squirrel was better than a mediocre player when he was healthy, at least he had his moments. 100% agree Jenkins was the biggest loss to portal. I think as far as it goes we lost a lot less than other teams did in the portal. I wish squirrel all the best but I think he peaked in '23.. that is what he is capable of. I think he will find it hard to replicate even those numbers at FSU. The noles picked up 3 good players from the Vols though (White, Jenkins, Herring). All likely starters.Yet to see one that truly is a loss. Jenkins might be the biggest loss and that’s up for debate.
Always heard about his elusive "speed", but never saw it displayed on the field.Great receiver, great speed and hands . Unfortunately had to play the last couple of years with inconsistent Quarterback play. I think he should have stayed and had a huge breakout season with a more experienced Quarterback. Granted our pass blocking improves. Wishing him luck and thank him for all he has done for the Vols!
