Just something automatically done. If you take a game winning (last second or game ends at some point during it) shot in college basketball, by rule they have to review that the shot was in fact released before the clock hit zero....just takes out the chance/uncertainty/controversy of the game just being called over and nothing looked at (and stuff like "well the rules say the game ends when the ref says the game is over. That's it!" etc)


No clue however how to correctly implement it, and there'd need to be some way to do it so that it stayed only used with games where said last play was relevant

put lights on the goal post or something that come on at 0:00 like the red square in the backboards in bball, in replays have a camera where u can see the light and the play in question....something like that, could be something easier that that

Truthfully for the first time since the BCS began I truly believe we will have a defacto national championship game during the regular season.
