Just because the Vols players speeding tickets aren't made public, it doesn't give you some imaginary moral high ground.
Also, you're still gonna take an L on Nov. 18th.
lol, you clearly aren't familiar with Knoxville media. They are all the AJC, they LOVE to dump on UT and its players. At least when I was there even the school paper, Daily Beacon, had a special section reserved for our players getting into trouble in their Crime Log.
Heck, we had a player get indicted for assault of someone who broke into his girl friends apartment.
and you probably missed the whole Jeremy Pruitt moment, where he told the cops he has never had to deal with the cops before at his other stops. And that would have included his stop at Georgia.
there is NO preference given in Knoxville for players by our justice department.
and our coaches actually do punish the players. It was actually one of Heupel's first acts as a coach was to kick out some players he just signed for breaking the law. and he typically suspends while the matter is resolved, with multiple starters missing time even with pretty clear cases of innocence; including McCullough's 'assault' mentioned above.
not saying we have the one clean college program out there, just pointing out that we actually do hold up a standard, even when its inconvenient to our on-field success.
