Sugar Bowl: #2 Clemson v #3 Ohio St (ESPN, 8PM EST)

I have always thought he looked like a burn victim.

OSU always has a good to great coach, never is that program in the doldrums for long.
Sad our stadium holds more than theirs and we have been in the doldrums for 16 yrs.

It doesn't always work out this way but football can be a game of momentum.

Early Clemson looked like they might coast, at least offensively, but OSU made enough plays to match scores then Clemson's DB had to sit in the 1st half and then they lost their star LB and it was all downhill. Clemson's offense bogged down and OSU started flying around.

This lead almost looks to great based on the way these teams were playing going into the half but Trevor Lawrence is too good and he has too many weapons to think be won't at least get to 35.

Dabo gonna take back that statement about Ohio State being ranked 11th and shouldn’t be in playoffs? 😬
He shouldn't. Now saying they were 11th was an exaggeration on his behalf. But they didnt have a top 4 resume. They may be a Top 4 team but they didn't have the resume. Top 12 sounds about right.

Well didn't expect this score at the half. At this point I hope tOSU torches them for 70 so Dabo will shut his mouth, and folks will get 8 months to remind them.

OSU 35
Clem. 14
OSU vs Alabama will be a classic.
Both teams will move the ball at will.

I expect Bama to put pressure on Fields that he has not seen.

If they contain him after he moves, they win the day. If not, all bets are off. ... and they'd better figure out what Sermon's kryptonite is.
