He does get better. But in the moment it was a brilliant storytelling moment, especially during the early 90's when it happened. It caused the rise of several Superman clones and wannabes and showed us that Supes wasn't nearly as omnipotent as we thought.

Right as the AFC game was kicking off Zach Snyder dropped a new trailer on his twitter feed for Barman v Superman!

This movie... It had the potential to be really good. But it also had the potential to flop incredibly bad. Not sure there will be any middle ground here.

I just don't know about Eisenberg being Lex Luther. Luther seems like he should be a charismatic character, and Eisenberg is just...goofy.

I feel like he's acting this way in the previews they're showing on purpose. Notice, nearly everything he does has been around Bruce Wayne or Clark Kent or other people he doesn't trust. I think it's all an act in front of these characters hiding his real meaning.

I mean, look at that preview even, he clearly knows Clark is Superman already and just laughs it off as a joke because he knows he can't do anything yet. Lex is visceral and smart above all else (including his richness.) He isn't going to waste a chance at deception against what he considers not only his own, but the Earth's greatest enemy.

Eisenberg has the acting range of a rock. It was cool 5-6 years ago, but now his act is pretty worn out. Kind of like how at one time Michael Cera was pretty big and everyone figured out he couldn't play anything other than goofy, awkward guy.

If Lex already knows Clark is Superman, combined with Louis figuring it out in like two minutes, then they just took a massive dump on the Superman mythos.

Did anyone see the promo for the movie during the NC game? I hadn't seen this one before. Its starts with Batman tied up in a hole with a couple of other people and there are guards along the wall. Then Superman flies into the corridor and the guards kneel to him. Superman walks up to Batman and removes his mask.

The tone of the promo came across as though Superman was the villain in this movie. I must admit I don't know much about this story line. I always like Superman and Batman but I never really followed them much in the comics.

I think this is a dream sequence,they are calling him knightmare Batman in the stores

They are very loosely taking elements of The Dark Knight Returns but I do think that particular scene is a dream sequence or something.
