Superman vs Batman movie coming in 2015!

42 days & counting......

Final Trailer

So does anyone know the extent of Aquaman's role in this? Is this shaping up to be more of a post-credits cameo situation? Because there literally hasn't been a single second of him in the trailers from what I've seen.

Some breaking news today in regards to official run time!!

....the official run time of Batman v Superman is 2 hours and 31 minutes; for added context, that's 13 minutes shy of The Dark Knight Rises, 9 minutes longer than Avengers: Age of Ultron, and 8 minutes longer than Man of Steel

To be honest I didn't think Man of Steel or AOU seemed while watching in theater ran that long! However TDKR did seem long to me and I thought there were a lot in it that could have been cut from the film!

There are parts that could have been removed from all three, but TDKR was my favorite of the three. Followed by AOU.

I saw a trailer on tv the other day and a portion of it was dialogue between Superman and Batman and it honestly looked so bad.

They have used some of the same dialogue on several trailers and its probably out of sequence of what it will actually be.

No thanks. There's really no reason Superman or Batman need to be more violent than what PG-13 allows.

This is just another example of Snyder not getting it.

Have you seen any of the DC Animated Features? They are bordering the PG13/R line and rumors are we will be getting an R-Rated Batman Animated feature based on the "Killing Joke" story-line later this year.

See this clip from Justice League Flashpoint Paradox!

I have no problem with an R-rated Batman/Superman film for violence. I just don't want them doing graphic language!

I've seen some of them. The ones I liked leaned more toward PG than PG-13 like All Star Superman and New Frontier. I don't really like when the violence is amped up for the sake of violence in the comics either.

Don't get me wrong. Uber violent books like the Authority of even the old Miracleman have their place. I just don't think that place is in the iconic heroes like Superman in particular.

Latest previews of Batman using some special suit looms kickass as Batman blocks a punch Superman looks very surprised.

Superman brings up stay down if I wanted it you be dead if I recall right. I don't get how that makes him a jerk.

This comes out in late march so that's a big change since all superman and Batman movies I can recall were released in the summer.

Ben Affleck was on Jimmy Kimmel last night. It was pretty darn funny seeing what looks like a custom clip of Jimmy at the party where Clark and Bruce are in the movie. He talks to them including getting a selfie with Clark Kent.

I imagine like Hawkeye in Thor he won't be shown much in the movie.

It was originally scheduled for May but would have went head to head with Captain America Civil War and neither Warner Bros. or Disney liked the idea of competing for the same money so WB moved it to March.

Thanks to that it now seems the perceived "Summer Blockbuster" will hit theaters earlier & earlier! Friday London Has Fallen opens. A week before BvS opens the final Divergent Series film Allegiant opens and now currently scheduled for March of 2017 is the Wolverine sequel, Kong: Skull Island, Power Rangers (Film reboot) and Disney's Beauty and the Beast (Live Action).

This is fantastic!
