Supernatural

To be a little more technical Chuck was GOD.

The creators have neither confirmed nor denied this. Until we get solid proof one way or the other I always go with what we know for sure, and that is he is a prophet. I find it hard to believe that the one true God would suddenly write his own bible books instead of having people do it for him personally.

Some would argue that he wrote the entirety of Bible.

Whether confirmed or not. 3 possibilities exist:

1. Chuck was just a prophet, his work was done, so he got called up to Heaven.
2. Chuck was taken over by God to finish the apocalypse.
3. Chuck was God all along.

All fan polls I saw at the time heavily favored # 3. Heck it wasn't even close. When I first watched the scene that was certainly my first and only impression.

Looking ahead I think the answers comes before or at the end of the show.

Just the fact that only one prophet can live at one time doesn't help, applies to all 3 in some way.

The biggest thing is this show never stops or leaves to rest what has happened in the past.

See the reason I'm against #3 is the idea of the whole bible. We know god made people write the bible, unless we assume he was all prophets in the old testament and his own disciples simultaneously. I don't think god has chilled out so much in 2000 years that he would now write his own stuff.

and, if he was god, why then did he need Raphael to look out for him when demons show up? I'd totally buy #2 though.

Even more, what if its just... Only one prophet of EACH BOOK can exist at once? then it makes sense out of everything and all the stuff works.

Joshua is an angel of Heaven who Castiel introduces as an angel who talks to God. Joshua is the only angel Castiel knows of who has kept in contact with God. He occupies Heaven but his initial rank in the Host of Heaven remains unknown; Zachariah holds authority over him, and threatened to fire him once, although Joshua stopped Zachariah taking that threat further due to his connection to God. He often spends his time contributing to Heaven's Garden.[1]. He saves Sam and Dean from Zachariah and tells them that God is on Earth, and will not intervene further in the Apocalypse. On God's request, he allows them to remember their time in Heaven and sends them back to Earth.

"God is on earth"

Supernatural tends not to stick to and flips the Cannon at its convenience. An example would be scholars say lucifer was the first angle supernatural says it was Michael.

The problems I have with this are really no evidence outside of fan conjecture. The guy says "It's been confirmed" and then has no link or interview for it whatsoever. So Kripke said he'll appear by season 5? So what? It doesn't explain the extreme Retcons they'd have to do for the Pendant to not work, for Cas or NONE of the angels else to recognize him. I just don't buy it without actual proof and not a bunch of fans agreeing because its their personal headcannon that that's what it is.

Dean described Ruby as One Ugly Broad if I recall write when reading about demons in the Supernatural Wiki website.

Has a Demon ever been shown in it's true form?

So much for Sarah Blake and Sam being ending up together. I looked up on Supernatural wiki, and she was killed.
Did anyone else think they had a future together?

I think there should be refrences to Scooby Doo by Sam and Dean.

On a Shot Glass it has levels of Evil. From the Bottom to Top here is who is listed.

Bloody Mary
Croatoan Zombie

Has Lucifer shown to be the Evilest Villain In Supernatural?

Is the doctor undead in time is on my side?

Lucifer is one of the most morally ambiguous characters in all of history. If you look at it strictly from the religious texts, he wants nothing more than to return to heaven, by any means necessary. As we see in Supernatural lore, Metatron wanted the same thing (to be near God). Lucifer is the kind of character who more has no morality. If saving a thousand souls would get him back, he'd do it. But, if he can't, why should everyone else enjoy it?

I don't see lucifer as "evil," more as a spoiled brat who can't get what he wants, so he does his best to flip over the whole game board. Reading Paradise Lost will give a good view of him as a potential character as well I believe.

The funny thing is, most people completely misinterpret his on power, he doesn't rule hell (at least, not based on real world myth). He suffers there just like anyone else. In strict christian and catholic dogma, he's really not even among the 10 most powerful beings in the universe. But, he's smarter and more charismatic than most of them.

Lucifer in Supernatural is not a ambiguous character.
He seems very similar to Lucifer of Christianity who becomes Satan or the Devil.
Crowley and Death are right critiicizing him as a bratty and petulant child with daddy issues. The claims of being a victim he has no qualms killing anything or anyone even if he has no true reason for killing them.
Refuses to accept any blame for his actions so not a surprise he believes the delusion that God made him the way he is because he's that delusional.

He's very ambiguous in Supernatural, if anything we can call God more evil than him for his lack of action and for creating Lucifer the way he is. Every single event that has happened on a global scale, from Lucifer getting out, the Horsemen coming, Cas getting the souls to power up, Metatron making every angel fall, all rests on God just not giving a damn. That's far more evil than anything anyone else has done. Having the power to save the world and not do it? That's as evil as it gets.

I'll disagree with you there. Lucifer believes that humans are murderous refused to bow down to him he choose to do that along with try to get the throne of Heaven, was responsible for creating Demons.
God gave Angeles free will and Lucifer decided one bad choice after another.

Azazel, Lucifer, etc of all the major villains that appeared for more than one season does anyone think that Crowley had the best lines?
