I hate to get in this discussion, but I had a friend who is a rivals suscriber saying that he's supposed to commit tomorrow via the rivals insider main board. Don't attack me on this, I'm just throwing it out there.

i think he is waiting to see wat happens ith are coaching but i think he will end up a vol no matter who is here next season

Boyd isn't waiting to see if phil stays...he's waiting to see if scott stays. it is of paramount importance that whoever the new coach may be that he keep Latrell scott. this guy is turning into a world class recruiter right before our eyes.

p.s. Boyd has no further officals planned and wants to make a decision sonner rather than later...put 2 and 2 together

I have a good feeling it will too...the only reason i see him waiting is to see if scott stays...like someone said........but i think he will commit soon.

Your friend is an idiot, he specifically told rivals we are his leader, but he isn't going to commit yet.

He has no officials during the season because of his own schedule, he only came to our game because he had a Thursday night game. He still wants to visit BC and Oregon though after his season is done.

I saw him outside of the stadium after the VOl Walk and I can tell you that he was loving it. he was interacting with a bunch of fans who knew exactly who he was and why he was there. he seemed to really be enjoying himself.

How good? If Boyd hasn't committed yet, did the trip at least help the Vols' chances?
