If Boyd commits, he's ours. He knows Fulmers future is blurry, but still planning on committing. Yeah, he's all orange from that point on

good. i hope he sees that he will get to play. cause i dont think you can keep an athlete like him off the field

I agree. There are some recruits already on the board that are coming to UT because they like Fulmer. Any that commit from back to Oku on IMO know what they are getting into. They are here to be Vols. Not because of any coach.

Any player that commits not knowing that Fulmer is most likely gone is completely oblivious to everything around them.

Fulmer, if he cares about Tennessee as much as people say, should make it very clear to recruits that he might not be around. So what if it hurts the recruiting, at least they won't decommit later down the road. Which is worse than not getting them at all IMO.

I dunno. I would almost not want him to mention it at all. Recruits watch enough college football and definitely hear enough from rival schools to know what is going on. Mentioning it creates negativity, which you don't want to do with a recruit when you are trying to seal the deal.

Maybe not tell them he won't be around, that is probably to far. Just make sure that he is committing to the school. Its a shaky situation whichever way you take it.

it is confirmed that he will confirm that he is confirming to confirm......nvm...i'm soooo confusilated

how about this, IF he is sign a nation LOI in february then he has committed to the University of Tennesse, deal?

like I said he will be a commit on LOI Signing day, btw does anyone love to watch all the games on Saturday and see what could have been.

Great defense Harrison Smith, nice run John Clay, and of course Roland Martin looks great as an anchor for the OL.

Why I say, let's wait until his signed LOI.

Don't forget Golden Tate. He's doing well for the Irish. And Jimmy Clausen? Yeah, I know, still he's better than any QB we have on our roster.

a little bad news but hope he's ok

But the big news is that quarterback Tajh Boyd might have reinjured his left knee. Rolling left with 10 1/2 minutes left in the quarter, Boyd was hit as he threw a pass that was intercepted. He lay on the field for a few minutes and left under his own power.
Boyd watched the rest of the half from the bench with an ice bag on his left knee. He then walked to the west end of the stadium, where the Phantoms gathered at halftime. He was favoring his right leg, but that could have just as easily been because of the ice bag.

Tajh Boyd is in street clothes now, but he looks to be moving around OK. His teammates are polishing off yet another running clock win.

Tajh will be a great addition for the Vols on and off the field!! He just twiked his knee in his game today but he will good to go!

But will he still be a Vol once Fulmer is gone? If he stays true, that is when he actually commits.
