I think he sticks no matter what. After seeing the poor performances of Ut's QB's this year wouldn't you stick too? He has a great shot of at least coming in as a true freshman and being that "change of pace" guy.

The only way I think he starts looking around is if we hire some type of spread option type of coach if Fulmer is dissmissed. Boyd likes a pro-style offense (smart kid).

He also said this on a govols.com article:

Boyd, who committed to West Virginia in March but changed his mind last month, visited the Knoxville campus last weekend. He said he is aware of the rumors regarding Vols coach Phillip Fulmer’s job status, but he’s confident there won’t be a change.

“I know people are talking about that, but when I spoke with Coach Fulmer and their athletic director (Mike Hamilton), they told me they didn’t think anything was going to happen,” Boyd said. “Plus, I have to like the school in general. And I love the school.

I am thrilled Boyd is a Vol! I am personally more excited about getting Boyd than I was about Nunes. He is rated higher (6.0 as opposed to a 5.8), and he brings a much needed duel threat dimension to the offense. Boyd is the big time QB we NEED.
Especially when you look at the QB depth charts at uga, uf, and so on, those guys are stacked and will be for years to come. We need a super talented leader right now, and I for one think Boyd is the man!

Personally, I don't want a guy going around dueling everyone in the locker room. That couldn't be good for team chemistry.

Tajh had to know this was coming...there's no way he committs and then two days later the coach steps down and then he decommitts again.
