It shows you the the attitude that these leaders have concerning our constitution. When you only care about about the collective and not the individual this is what happens

This administration has taken the lack of communication and transparency to a whole new level. It started with the mandate given by the media and the voters during the Joe Biden basement campaign. The guy was barely visible. They knew then they could start running roughshod. The blatant disrespect they now show cannot be put back in the box. They have this smug attitude that the middlings should be happy they are dropping kibbles and bits.

Hypocrite, once again.

If you're gonna give the current president hell, then you best be prepared to admit what a F-up his predecessor was. Using the "whataboutism" excuse doesn't work.
Here’s my thought. I think all you mother******s that voted for this chit should be traded. For every Afghan refugee one democrat should be relocated into Afghanistan to be dictated. After all, that’s what you want right? All we’re doing is trading one “vote” for another but at least you guys get to live your dream

Gee, you seem like a good American.

Still blissfully unaware that both parties are complete chit shows.

You're going to have to explain how he's guilty of treason.
Is he not in the process of possibly dropping sleeper cells all around the US? Is he not allowing the Mexican cartels to invade us? What about the constitution? Is he not trying to disarm Americans while he’s doing all the above? The constitution is our most ABSOLUTE rule. To betray it is to commit treason because it’s the ULTIMATE overthrow. We’re just waiting for the crimes to start taking place.

Dereliction of duty would seem to apply you know with leaving US citizens in a country in harms way. That whole faithfully execute the duties stuff and what not.

Nope, Biden (for the withdrawal from Afghanistan) is guilty of neither treason or dereliction of duty. POTUS isn't subject to the UCMJ so DoD isn't even an option.

He's creating sleeper cells? News to me.

He's taking guns? I still have mine. Nobody has tried to take them.

You need to step back from the ledge.

Nope. Everything he's doing is within the constitution. When he ignores SCOTUS he will have stepped over that line.

I agree he can’t be prosecuted using the UCMJ but he can be heir accountable to not executing the duties of his office which is basically equivalent to dereliction of duty. Thus the last sentence.

Only congress can hold him accountable and so far (only talking about Afghanistan) he hasn't committed an impeachable offense.

Where did I say it did? I definitely think he didn’t faithfully execute the ditties of the office.

I think he's executing a ditty right here.

Agree Congress can only hold him accountable. Based on the bar for impeachment these days I think he blew thru that easily on this fiasco. Removal after impeachment is a different story. The votes won’t be there.

Impeachment has become the tool of the disgruntled instead of what I believe it was meant for. Democrats are guilty, as well as Republicans.

Hopefully congress never stoops to such a low level again as they did in impeaching Trump.
