Logically, if I'm a kid honestly committed, and just trying to use my visits....I'm not going to go somewhere that i've been before. And I would definitely go to a place like Florida, or Miami, or somewhere I've never been before, just for the fact of travel. I mean, if I'm a recruit, and I haven't seen certain places....and you're offering to pay...yeah, I'll go spend a free weekend in Miami, or go have a party in So Cal....but like someone has said....he's not. He's obviously using this visit to accomplish something. And it's not to have a vacation.

And as far as recruit stealing....I don't see that happening...and if it does happen...I don't see it being as impactful as people think. I mean, it's one thing if you're zach rogers getting in people's ears every day. But if you're standing in Neyland Stadium, and you go "Pst! Come to Alabama." I don't see how much impact that would REALLY have.

Patrick hasn't committed to anyone yet which pretty much nullifies any of your points.

This kid is Bama all the way. Take this visit for what it is, a great job getting in with very little face time. These late visits from highly touted recruits are great, but I will be surprised if we land any of them. This is just another great sign for next year. We will load up next year like we did in '05 and '07.

could be the truth. ill go with the common consensus that we get 1 maybe 2 suprises on NSD.

The negavols are off work...here's your next response: "I'm not being negative, just realistic." There's nothing wrong with having a little optimism as long as you don't go overboard.

No, he hasn't came out and verbally said he's committed, but he might as well have if "he's a bama lock" as you say, and you're probably right. But even if he's not a bama lock...he's looking at us. And if he IS a Bama lock....why UT and why not Miami? Yeah, throw out the recruit stealing thing, but I don't think that's it either, since he's not committed.

I mean, he probably is a Bama lock....but he's definitely not said he is yet. So, until he is, I'm going to hope for the best. As it's said in basketball, you'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take....so i say...you'll always miss 100% of the recruits you don't try for. Lame, but you get my point.

I'm a vol in Scottsboro Ala, word here is he likes the Vols and wouldn't mind playing there. Depends on how the visit goes.
yeah I know....A vol in bammer???? I'm from Chattanooga originally.
