I don't judge a person by how much money that he has or makes. All that crap is irrelevant to how I feel about a person.. I treat to a person the same if he is worth 1 dollar or 100 million, and I know both types..

I am not judging or criticizing anyone elses choices, nor do I ever want to come across as self righteous. I am just a sinner, flawed and in need of Grace from God.

That said, my wife and I have never let our kids believe in sandyclaws. I did as a small child though. We told our kids from birth that we bought them all of their gifts, to celebrate Jesus birthday. How selfless of our Savior that on His birthday, everyone else gets gifts.

We always stop halfway down the stairs and pray and sing Happy Birthday to Jesus. Then we open gifts, and my wife and I read from the Bible about the Christmas miracle..3 wisemen, manger, etc... along with the Church services, we make sure the kids focus on the real reason for the season..Jesus Christ our Saviour. My wife makes all of our favorite snacks ( sausage balls!!! Yay!!!)
We always made sure that our kids knew to never tell other kids that Santa isnt real. Explained why...that it isnt our place to mess up other peoples Christmases or beliefs.

I am not at all critical of those that believe differently, or trying to tell anyone else how to raise their kids. My kids have never believed in the easter bunny or tooth fairy, either. We chose to tell them the truth. I have asked both of my kids if they felt like they missed out on anything, and they both said that they were glad that we told them the truth. Other kids may feel differently...

You need a hug. Though, not from me of course. I’m better than that. I couldn’t care less if you find happiness, but it will do you and your pathetic life for the better. Maybe you’ll find joy, though it doubtful with every single one of your negative posts.

Funny story..... my daughters turned either 9 or ten years old and started questioning Santa clause so we sit down and told them the truth. We were driving to gatlinburg afterwards and we could hear the girls in the back seat talking.... they were saying that they know Santa is not real but was wondering if the elf on the shelf is real? How could they know Santa is not real but believe in the elf on the shelf? LOL People need to lighten up and let kids be kids.

The left-wing nutjobs have a responsibility to the nation's youth to inform them of facts. It's unsurprising that people like you would prefer to disregard reality and frolick unopposed in a fantasy world where a fat white man wearing a red hat utilizes an arbitrary reward and punishment system to curry favor.
