It’s their search engine, you dolt. They have control (or can at least program their filters, regardless of “hits” <— there’s your programming piece) over what is at the top of their search filter.
So, what you’re saying is, males are born, out-of-the-box, programmed to believe they are fully functional and capable of conceiving and birthing a child?

It's not some master plan to change society. It's just click bait. That's all it is. They auto-fill in with information that is most likely to get the click. What were you trying to search with "men can...."? I bet it's less likely to get the click than "men can have babies", a shocking statement that piques curiosity.
