You want to talk influence? Neither of those guys could get Karl Rove on the phone anytime they wanted. And according to Ron Suskind's book, Falwell and Haggard were even solicited for opinions on national security matters and privy to certain briefings.

I find it condescending to be told that we should celebrate and remember the parts of his life that those on the left commend him for, while the other grave parts of his life are supposed to be forgotten about.

I think people taking some form of joy in his death are crossing the line, after all the man had family who care for him deeply.

The left can celebrate him as a great man who served America the right way in their eyes......just don't be offended we others who don't share the same opinion of him as you bring up his darker side.

This has nothing to do with Republicans or Liberals. It has to do with you making fun of and celebrating a man dying from Cancer. Funny thing is, you think you're in the right. You're not. You're just showing your immaturity and your hatred for things. So there's no doubt in my mind that YOU'RE the POS and I have no problems telling you that. Grow up.

I'm not celebrating his death. I'm just not sorrowful.

I am celebrating the fact that he is no longer in the US Senate.

The fact you can't point out a single untrue statement in my post, but resort to a personal attack shows much about your character.

I'm sure you consider me a POS.

I'm honest.
I don't steal
I don't lie.
I don't cheat.
I support myself, and don't rely on the government.
I take my parental responsibilities seriously.
