Ted Nugent on Parkland Kids

Now there's some good old fashioned ignorance.

Nothing ignorant about it. When you pick up a flag and carry you better be prepared for questions and resistance. Many in this case are not and it's more evident every time they speak.

Nugent could have been more tactful in his description and opinion but the general idea is there.

I know there is a strong private donation source. I did my research before posting. My point is still valid. If you are trying to push for gun control, attacking the NRA is a perfectly legitimate strategy.

Where is the evidence that gun control works?

What evidence shows gun control will reduce victims of gun crime?

They have strict gun control laws in Chicago.

And it fits right in with right wing idiots

What is the movement about?

It's about controlling the political landscape to get gun control legislation passed.

How is it being done? Political attacks on the NRA and any politicians that receive campaign funds from the NRA.

If you want a direct quote then I don't have one. If you can't acknowledge what's happening then I feel sorry for you.

Your words.

kids that want to do away with the 2nd amendment

His words.

"Universal background checks, raising the age requirement to purchase a gun to 21, and laws blocking anyone with a history of mental health disorders or a criminal background or history or domestic violence from getting a firearm."
“I believe everybody should have their Second Amendment right to own a gun. I'm not trying to take that away. I am trying to put limitations on the Second Amendment in the same way that we have limitations on the First,” Hogg said.

This isn't a black or white issue like you're making it out to be. You're being irrational about this. You best find some common ground with their views because you aren't going to like what's coming. Why are you posting the views of a Louisiana State Senate member that has nothing to do with the Parkland victims? Reach much?

The problem being is every time the NRA gets attacked, membership soars. Something liberals have yet to figure out.

The more they screech and scream about the NRA and bans, the more concrete gun owners and conservatives get against them. If they would just leave it alone...

Like your right to hire whomever you want? Like your right to buy whatever you want, tariff free?

Is Trump retarded for arguing no bump stocks?

Agreed. and Agreed. (Now I know you’re going to bring up illegals like you always do.)

Yes. Find the thread where it was first brought up. I called for his impeachment.

Not to mention these gun banning crazes are always boons for firearms manufacturers and retailers.

I bet you think there are 300 genders. Liberals have been dumbing down America for decades. Now, go back to worshipping the trash.

I just disagree with you, yahoo. The ideology that I espouse has been the most successful for this country. I have as much disdain for the progressive left as I do your far right wing idiocy.

Now crawl back down on your knees for our oval office clown

If demagoguery is your primary strategy ok. It’s more than just the NRA. They are an easy, simplistic target to demonize and nothing more.

I didn’t vote for Trump. I’m anti-liberal as opposed to pro-conservative.

You have no ideology. You just gulp down whatever high school students hellbent on taking away rights tell you to swallow. Did David recently eat pineapple? I’m sure you can tell us.

That's not what I'm getting at. As I said, I'm a second amendment supporter. I was responding to the post criticizing gun control advocates attacking the NRA.

You aren't wrong. Of course, you saw that Remington started to go under after Trump was elected. Works both ways. Paradoxically, it's better for the gun industry to have a Democrat in the WH and controversy over gun control.

Why don't you provide a post of mine that would support your immature claim of me. I can provide many of yours that support mine.

Don't break a sweat.

Remington was in financial trouble before Trump took office. Their business practices, not keeping up with market trends and failure to maintain quality control is what did them in. Happenstance they are going under when Trump is President.

Make no mistake though, someone will buy the Remington name and the company will "survive." Just like Winchester, the name alone sells.

You and I both know that the 2nd isn't going to be repealed. Are you even aware of the requirements? They're very stringent for a reason. It's absurd to even discuss it. Having common sense reform should be everyone's goal to make schools, parks, malls, airports, arenas, stadiums, etc. safer. What we are doing now is not working. The system is broken. Would you not agree?

That may be true, but gun sales very obviously rose with Obama in office and dropped when Trump was elected. That seemed to be the tipping point for Remington. When the threat of gun control is highest, so are sales. That's well-established.
