Tee Martin/Vince Young

He's already had a more successful NFL career than Tee Martin, which was the original premise of this thread. So yes, someone was wrong.

You must be joking. Or don't watch NFL football. He just got ROTY.
An award won over the years by notables such as Ruben Mayes, Troy Stradford, John Stephens, Leonard Russell, Mike Anderson, and Anthony Thomas. Real bunch of Hall of Famers there. One 8-8 season does not a career make.

Haha. Well you'll see vince have plenty of success. Where are all the great players that won ROTY? He could run for governor of this city right now.

I keep asking this question . . . Vince Young was no doubt very good for a rookie . . . but was he really that great overall?

He turned around our entire team. They play with more passion when he is out there, he just has that McNair personality of someone who doesn't know how to lose.

Compare his rookie number to Rick Mirer's, then get back to me. God knows, we all remember what a star Mirer became.

who the hell said anything about numbers?
All that Rah Rah crap is going to wear real thin. What happened when the Titans finally played a game where the pressure was obvious? Win Sunday and you're in the playoffs. They got gassed. It's easy to go out there and run around and act like a leader when you're playing mediocre teams and people looking past you. Let's see how he plays with the target squarely on his chest next year.

How could they know that if they win, they could be in? They finished 8-8 with the 2nd hardest schedule in a league with a mediocre team. I live here, I know about my team and your argument doesn't hold water.

Well lets change USC to the Giants, or the Texans, or the GWdrive he let against the colts. What more do you want the kid to do? Like Mike Keith says "HE IS THE SHOW STOPPER"

The fact Mike Keith is their play by play guy tells me all I need to know about the Titans.

Did you actually just reference beating the Texans as something of importance?

This team will win superbowls.
That's what I've been hearing since they were in Houston. If they couldn't win with Warren Moon, they're sure not winning with Vince Young. I'm currently residing in Miami, after a stint in New York. I'm considering moving to Las Vegas later in the year.
