Agree.

And CLK doesn't really have the option to jump ship at UT. This is a do or die position for him. He will either be a stunning success or will be relegated to DII coaching positions.

I don't think we have to worry about him leaving anytime in the next 2-4 years.

So get upset at the coaching staff for being left with no other choice but to start walk-ons and freshmen at key positions? That doesn't make too much sense. Who was so great that we picked up that was supposed to improve us so dramatically from last year's 5-7 team? The coaching staff took the same team minus a few starters, who had to be replaced by walk-ons to start(not a great situation if you ask me), and got two more wins and carried us to a bowl.

I thought the season met expectations and that the staff have many positives to build on in the next few years. I wasn't expecting a 10 win season. Were you?

I would have liked to end the season with a bowl win, but VA Tech was a tough draw. We were outmatched talent-wise on both sides of the football. And our weaknesses on the patchwork lines were exposed.

What are your specific complaints with the current coaching staff? And what areas do you think need improvement?

We'll just agree to disagree, but no, I'm 35, not 70, and I immediately said that perhaps my anger at another arrest in Knoxville, involving student-athletes, might have gotten the better of me.

It isn't about political correctness, it's about making an observation, that when athletes do stupid stuff, like they did, it typically sets them on a path towards some of the things I mentioned. Will they all end up there? No, but sadly, it happens more often than many of you seem to be willing to admit.

First of all, I'm neither dumb, nor a redneck. Secondly, sorry to say, but regardless of skin color, people can be criticized.

You seem to be to willing to jump down my throat because I mentioned race, but unwilling to listen to what I said was the CAUSE of a lot of the problems we see with black athletes, which is the emulation and adoration of the hip-hop culture, and the glorification of drugs and violence, that comes with it. That was the entire point of my posts in here and again, I am sorry if something was said that made you or anyone else think that I was going 100% against ANY ethnic group.

You can post as much disguised vitriol as you choose. I don't care. America is great because we can all have our opinions, even if they are completely wrong, and even if the person having the opinion has no idea why it's wrong....
