I've recited Bakich's resume so much I'm starting to sell myself on him. I don't think I'd complain about he or Calvi at this point. Bakich's attitude is what really appeals to me. He sounds like a grinder and no BS guy.

I was looking back at Bakich too, and the numbers I stated earlier have to be off. I got them from his wiki page, but once you google him it appears he has done much better. They are 42-15 this year.
