What like fans showing up to games or like financial support? My whole thing is that everyone has different expectations of what success is. It's not the university job to go ask joe landscaper if he approves this hire or if the team is good enough for him. The university should be internally villigant in holding to their own standards and not change what they do or how they do it at every whim of the fans. So with there being little real info on what's actually going on, people are going nuts on here and shows their true colors.

A poor product for the fans doesn’t just impact the fans. It impacts the players who risk their health every time they get on the field and if a university isn’t committed to excellence then you can’t expect great players to be committed to the university.

He may actually do a good job but our fans would be burning the place down if we hired him.

No they wouldn’t, the fans just want a competitive product. Quit pretending a few loud mouths on Twitter are indicative of the average fan. UT fans are used to underwhelming hires. It’s what we do

It is more than just a few twitter followers..... it’s fans on here,Twitter, call in shows....I have liked all the hires so far since Fulmer took over.

The link doesn't work and I'm not pouring through posts trying to find it, just thought it was strange that it popped up.

It absolutely matters who the OC is and can make a huge difference in year one

Yes; I agree oc certainly does matter, and with the right one we will see improvement in year one. With our talent and oc I don't mean we win 10 or more games; but we can see a huge improvement, 7 wins is an improvement and anything more than 7 wins in my opinion in year one with new oc would be great.

Why would we want to win 7 games and go to a lowly bowl game when we could avoid 3 weeks of practice and be home with our families? We could have done that in 2018.

Rumors on the hill is that the head coach of UCF is being interviewed today.

If true; in my opinion that would just be a waste of time and money, I don't know any reason he would come here. Well on second he knows the players he has coming back; if he were to see a huge drop off in talent at ucf for next year he could be interested.
