I wouldn't buy into much into this article. Nobody knows how RECENT Pruitt talked to the recruit. This could have been when Kliff Kingsbury was still in the hunt.

Doubt he would tell a recruit about an offensive scheme for an OC that was never in play. He is a West Coast guy who never interviewed at UT. In this day and age of transfers, lying just to get a recruit on campus isn’t an effective strategy.

This could mean Osevet. He runs a fast paced pistol formation system with 3 WR/1TE or 4 WR sets. Just not sure why wait to announce unless they are afraid they will lose a recruit by announcing him now.

Does anyone know if Probst can be hired? Isn’t there a rule about hiring a coach for two years if you signed a player from his team? They signed JJ Peterson which could mean they can’t hire Probst. I could be wrong.
