Well, I will be cheering for the Florida Kentucky winner to upset UGA. Those teams with great defense and speed make me nervous.

We have to be ready to take on anybody or just go home. This team needs to step up really tired of them playing about ten minutes sometimes 20 and packing it in the rest of the game.

I just watched the post game pressor and I'm sure glad our team has the rest of the week to rest up. Ms Jackson has a cold!! Sneezing, sniffling and nose wiping throughout. And Jordan Walker sat with an ice bag on her mouth for the last few minutes. Time to get well.

I can now get beyond the wall! This article is nothing we didn't know - her former teammates are all behind KJH 100% and think everyone should cool their jets and give it time. Still saying the overschedule will eventually pay off, but now saying (as is KJH) yeah maybe it was too much. Ya think?

Abby C is a good LVFL but starting to come off as the batty old aunt lately.

Still waiting for the improvement that was promised from playing the hard schedule. Still waiting for the improvement that was promised as a defensive team, taking care of the ball, decision making, and rebounding. I have seen no viable improvement. Sometimes we shoot the ball really well like yesterday, but still 21 turnovers and a strong lack of decision making throughout the game. Defense looked good at times really relaxed and allowed open shots when they got the lead large enough they thought they could relax. I can believe what I see not seeing the improvement that was promised at every press conference starting over a month ago until now. I can accept any schedule that brings verified improvement by the end of the season. Not seeing that yet.

She left the LV Basketball Fans page on Facebook. Probably got tired of the criticism of Kellie. Before that, she was a regularc contributor.

Oh I totally get where she's coming from, and I suspect her view is shared by the majority of former players... but she's the only one I see who's constantly fighting on social media over it...

It’s the same as here though. Just not anonymous. Some rah rah supporters, centrists, eternal pessimists and then white knights. But they can post some really toxic stuff. There was something posted about Angel Reese that made my eyes roll, talking about how they are surprised her mom is a demure, well spoken women since they thought Angel was from the hood 😬. They hate Angel more than this site does lol

I seen that!!! It even spilled over onto Twitter and became a “thing” for a second because her mom posted it on there. That group can definitely be toxic! Not surprised Abby left at all.

Awards season is here. This one was voted by 9 reporters who cover WBB for USA today. Seems pretty representive of what we'll see in pretty much all of them: Boston POY and DPOY, Reese (also newcomer of year), Cooke, Brittany Davis and Rickea on first team. Boston and Reese the only unanimous selections. Horston on second team along w Harbison, Angel Baker, Barnum, and Jessika Carter.

Cooke, Boston, Jackson and Reese should be unanimous when the AP and SEC Coaches release their teams. I wouldn't have gone with Davis, though. I'm surprised by Davis' inclusion, but looking at her stats they are as good as anyone else in the conference.

The *official* SEC Awards list usually have 7-8 players on their first team (which is weird to me, because that's not a starting 5). I think that Angel Baker and Jessika Carter will make it. Horston has an outside shot, along with Diamond Battles, Harbison, Robyn Benton and maybe Aicha Coulibaly. I think Boston will get POY, but Brea Beal will get DPOY.
