I though the same about Sara and especially Tess. I think they emphasized bulking up in the weight room ahead of cardio last year and it was a mistake. While we're on a roll, Jewel looks a little lighter also.

Sara did that last off season so she didn't have as far to go. The coaches said all season she was their most in shape player. My unpopular opinion is Sara is going to have a very solid year and be harder to keep off the court than many think.

Probably all the tweets and instagrams they put out all summer bragging about it. They did that the summer before as well. Appeared to be an emphasis

She had good numbers last season and her defense picked up a lot later in the season.

The "newness" of everything should be a shot of energy for everyone, both the holdovers and the new LVs getting a fresh start. Breath of fresh air.

It was not hard to see conditioning was not good with several last year. Much of that was on the staff. Good to see/read a different approach with this staff.

Agree. This is UT/ Lady Vols culture. Love it. Not this way at some other schools.
