Tennessee Lady Vol News

I'm good with these secret scrimmages remaining secret because it totally frees both coaching staffs to look at and work on things of concern to them, without the pressure to "prove" anything to boosters and the fanbase at home or post a score or team stats.

Just as much, it frees players to be placed in uncomfortable or unfavorable matchups by their coaches, without that third eye distraction of "I'm looking incompetent" to anyone who sees this.

I presume the opposing coaches negotiate things like "teaching timeouts" and maybe even coordinated substitutions, like "I want to see my 23 going up against your 17 for a few possessions."

Oh. And just to feed the rumor mill about which very good secret team we scrimmaged... Atlanta is one of the few airports that has direct, off-grid flights to-and-from Area 51.

I'm not sayin'... I'm just sayin'.

Did you hear the invisible man married the invisible woman? I don’t know what he saw in her. And their kids were nothing to look at either.
I've heard that certain politicians, who shall remain nameless, are trying to legislate against trans(parent) kids having conversion surgery in school.
But I can't see this happening.

Speaking of exhibition games, I hope someone will start a thread on game day for the Carson-Newman exhibition since it will be televised. 🙏🏼
General Question to everyone. Last year I got Sling TV and ESPN+ and was able to see virtually every game. What is the most economical steaming platform that most are using to watch most of the games?

I just switched to YouTube TV live streaming and I get SEC network, SEC+ and ESPN at no additional cost. Almost all game, mens and womens, stream on ESPN in the ap. It's rare for an LV game to be on ESPN+ only. If that's ever the case and I really want to watch, I get ESPN+ just for that one month.

Proud husband post:

LVFL Sydney Smallbone ‘11 and her friend Becca who played at Notre Dame just launched a new podcast called 28.5 Women’s Basketball. She talks about her time playing for Pat and some thoughts about Coach Caldwell’s hiring in the first couple episodes (among other topics around college basketball). They are planning on releasing new episodes each week all season.

It’s a bit annoying,

ESPN+ but you must have a tv service. If you have T-Mobile take advantage of the Hulu discount and get live tv

Is it Becca Greenwell? She was a shooter shooter lol

Not a good source generally but apparently the scrimmage was in Atlanta?

I believe this is where it was or close. I saw the bus going down I-75 Friday as I was coming up from Atlanta. Now it may not have been the basketball team but the timing made sense. I told my wife, “I bet that’s the girls on the way to the Sunday scrimmage.” Will be interesting to see if that was correct.
