I'm sure someone has to be officially named interim, but no doubt it will be a collaborative effort, with CKC fully participating via zoom. Don't think much will be different.

The top 10 women’s basketball players in the SEC, ranked
The SEC is as competitive as its been with nine teams in the World Exposure REport top 25 and schools loaded with top athletes in the country. Here are the top 10 Players in the conference, including a freshman that is making a strong case for National Freshman of the Year. 1. Khamil Pierre |www.worldexposurereport.com
I want her to be at as many games as possible…but please let’s let her and even encourage her to get that quality time with her little one. You don’t get that time back and there are certainly bigger things than basketball. I can’t wait to see him/her grow up on Rocky Top!I'm hoping for a January 11th Arrival—two days after LSU and the Day before Arkansas—a team that has been getting beat up by everybody. This would be the best scenario. Come to think of it, if she looks at one of Kim Mulkey's outfits for long enough, that should be enough to induce labor and scare that baby out.

I have no children myself, but nearly every mother I have ever known has shared with me that she wished she hadn't had to go back to work so soon, and that the early time she'd had with her newborns had flown by and there's always regret there hadn't been more of it.
So, yes, I'm on Team Encourage Kim to Stay Home Longer.
I doubt she will because she may feel like she owes it to her team and employer to get back asap. But dang. It's really JUST basketball games. Her team will be okay! Her employer will be okay! Lady Vols fans will be okay! We should all want her to put being a natural human mother first for a while because both her and her baby need and deserve that.
If she is on site she is not spending all of her time with her infant, and that intense early time without outside distractions is what she'll be wise to get as much of as possible.Might be able to get approval to create a full nursery set up at Pratt. Rocker and all. Plenty of VOLUNTEERS to assist her on site I bet.

There'll be plenty of time for volunteers to help out with things, but those initial weeks of undivided attention between mother and infant are, from all I've read and heard, VITALLY important.
Oh, I'm aware of all the things a new mom in a supportive working environment can do to be on premises and still have time with baby. I feel like Tennessee will be ad supportive, or maybe even moreso, as any workplace in the country. But she could use nap times to get involved. Coach with the kid in one of those papoose things. Have a medical pop up tent for breast feeding if applicable.

But being at home with only her baby and her family, with no outside noises and, especially, with no unnecessary exposures to germs and viruses from people outside the home, would definitely be best.
But like I said, I suspect she'll be rearin' to go pretty quickly, and it's hers and Justin's decision to make. She'll have lots of support either way, I'm sure.
