Some are practice heroes, some are game-time heroes. Sometimes they dont overlap.

Apparently they were unrealistic, at least at this time in his career. If he were good enough he would have played. You apparently don't know who you're talking to. DP12 is likely the most connected person to the athletic dept on this board, as he worked for the AD for years., may still be there.

You're the one who needs to STFU. So embarrassing.

It's was glaringly obvious with the number of folks clambering for Maurer of all people to replace Guarantano. So many posts pushing Bailey to get in when Hooker was putting in record numbers.

He used to know what uniform was being worn that game week a few days prior and knew Justin Martin wasn’t going to finish his career at UT…until that didn’t happen. 😏 He has had tidbits in the past…less now. I follow gt football a little bit. They seem to be high on bringing in the OC from WKU. Watching them last night, Bailey could be as productive as Zappe in that system

Literally nobody was clamoring for Bailey while Hooker was putting in record numbers, Bailey was clamored for prior to anyone proving they were worth playing. Once Hooker started kicking ass, nobody has said a word about benching him.
