Classes should be small in the next few classes as we are bottom heavy in numbers. Covid has for the most part exhausted all the remaining extra years.

Wow, that 2025 list suggests classes won’t be small over the next couple of years. The portal is so dynamic nowadays—rewarding teams and ravaging teams—that coaches just stockpile who they can due to the fluidity of personnel changes.

Aubrey only played in 4 games for Alabama in 2023 as a sophomore. Does she get that year back and therefore we have her for 2 years? Or is she done after this year? She whacked 6 hits over the weekend.

Is the game tomorrow streaming anywhere? The last fall ball game against UK a few years ago was available to stream but haven’t seen any links?

Good for the team though, crushing through fall games doesn’t really do anything in terms of seeing the holes. It’s good for Sage imo, in a new program, system, and adjusting to all of that

4-4 after4! Sage walked two, Karlyn came in but on a 3-1 pitch, Sophia picked a girl off 2B who had strayed too far. Boo Bomb to lead off, Laura doubled and advanced on an out, Saviya SB after Aubrey walk and Laura scored on throw to 2B, after Sophia walk with Amanda then PR, Kinsey delivered two-run, two-out double. Karlyn out to start 5th with Emma going to 3B.

A little early to have the mindset of Karlyn bailing out pitchers.

Agree, almost need to play for full team development and not necessarily the win. Sage’s expectations should be limited too, she wasn’t the best pitcher in the portal, she was just the best leftover at the time. The less innings for Karlyn the better this fall.
