What's really sad, is instead of telling Aunt Jemima's success story and proudly standing behind her, they threw her legacy in the toilet as if it was crap. Since George Washington Carver invented peanut butter are we going to have to eat that nasty ass Australian chit and take PB off the shelves?Uncle Ben and Ms. Butterworth in the unemployment line, fired because they were black.

I personally always liked Log Cabin syrup and margarine until I became uppity and started buying real maple syrup and Irish butter.Uh, Oh ..... Let's not forget our favorite pancake syrup we love to use the most ......
Goodbye, Aunt Jemima
I hope whichever generation turned these pu$$y boys and girls loose on the world can sleep at night. The first time one of these girly men gets in my grill I'm going to do what I did 50 years ago, throw a punch.

Yeah..none of these brands were created to exploit black people. What's really sad, is instead of telling Aunt Jemima's success story and proudly standing behind her, they threw her legacy in the toilet as if it was crap. I only look for "Made in China". I prefer my purchased goods to be made by slave labor in poorer less developed countries, like Vietnam, or Laos.I have to admit I never once thought of who invented anything I ever bought or consumed. So you're saying that ThunderGoodOil didn't invent the stock market?
LOL, we are Aunt Jemima fans. It wasn't like we bought it because we wanted to express latent bigotry, it was because it was good. I certainly won't buy it now that I understand her history and that the people that make the syrup are casting aside her legacy like yesterday's trash.I have to admit I never once thought of who invented anything I ever bought or consumed. First time I heard of that was when I saw an old can at an antique shop in Thomasville, Ga. Never heard that before in my life.
(I bought the can).
