That's racist!

Nope... got a 34" Easton Black Magic baseball bat from high school in the car for when we go to Busch Gardens or the beach and I do not want to leave weapons in my vehicle.
Is it wrong to laugh at the stupidity and sheepishness of right-wingers everyday?

I bet the families of George Floyd, B. Taylor, etc., don't find it real damn amusing.

How many times have you had your door kicked in and shot ? Yeah me neither . You know why I don’t worry about cops killing me , because I make smart choices , has nothing to do with skin color, it has everything to do with putting yourself in bad situations. Stop looking for others to blame when taking self responsibility solves all problems . Back to my statement .. if you are carrying around $1000 phone and wearing $200 shoes , I’m going to laugh when you screech how oppressed you are .

What bad decisions did B. Taylor make? She was at home sleeping in her bed when she had her door kicked in and got shot multiple times because law enforcement was looking for someone who had already been arrested. She was not harming or threatening anyone and was a RN working on the front lines of the pandemic. Her only crime was being black. We're not at risk because we're middle-class white guys. Please tell me what she did to deserve what happened to her. Can't wait for your answer.

Of all the recent victims of police violence, Breonna Taylor is the only one that is truly innocent. The cops involved with her murder and the supervisors that sent those cops to her address need to be held accountable.

That very unfortunate incident but not entirely true..... She had dated a drug dealer who used her address as his primary address.... He was receiving mail at that address.... the cops had arrested him and were performing a search on that house.... They supposedly knocked several times and announced theirselves.... Breonna and her bf were scared bc they thought it was the ex bf so they didn’t answer the door.... The cops broke it down causing gun fire to be exchanged between the current bf and police.... She was caught in the crossfire.... She made a bad decision to be involved with a drug dealer but definitely didn’t deserve to die.... it’s awful but I don’t know what you do about it if the cops followed procedure.

I’m guessing ole BN already knew this and was trying to find the work around . If we wait he will get around to calling me a racist because well I should be talking about victimology instead of people taking self responsibility.

Yep..... probably so

You do realize her boyfriend shot the cops first who then returned fire right? Her only crime wasn't being black (you're racist), it was choosing a dumb boyfriend.

In almost all these tragic instances with cops and violent crime the people involved have made some decision in their lives that has led to the tragedy.

Yep.... that seems to be consistent with all these events..... Here in NC.... they are marching over a guy getting shot that was carrying a sawed off ahotgun in the middle of town that had the police called on him.

Breonna's murder is a tragedy. The police need to be held accountable and no knocks need to be discontinued.
But she didn't die because she was black. A very similar case occurred in Lebanon TN about 10-15 years ago (specifics may be off a bit) to a middle aged white fella.
Regardless, the policy needs to change.

I haven't read all the details but didnt the cops bust in and the boyfriend was defending them from what they thought were intruders?

Does the sordid past of the victims or their loved ones diminish the bad policy/mistakes of LEOs?

I noticed you didn't explain why B. Taylor deserved to be shot. And your skin color has nothing to do with your interactions with police because you are WHITE.

Of course not. What I am saying is that when you look at things like this chick getting popped by the cops, there is always a history of questionable decisions that more than likely facilitated the incident. This happens in most "incidents", car accidents, getting equal rights and lefts, losing a foot to diabeetus, shot by a driveby, etc. I will say this logic doesn't flow in regards to the #BlackLivesMatterUnlessYoureAKidCaughtInADriveby movement.

That is my understanding. I would have done the same thing that he did if I was in a similiar situation most likely...but I'd never be in that situation to start with.

They said that the cops knocked and introduced themselves from outside the door.... Breonna and her bf didn’t come to the door bc they thought it was the drug dealer and hid down the hallway...... the cops then bust down the door and her bf fired at the police hitting one and the cops fired back killing Breonna

Who are the 'they' in "they said"?

It was in the latest article but I think it was the next door neighbor but may just be the police version so not positive on that..... the bf said they were hiding in the hallway bc they thought it was the ex bf

I dont trust the police or their spokesmen to be truthful about the incident. Only their body cam audio/video would convince me.

Still, a person in their residence could make a case he thought intruders were masquerading as Leo's to gain entrance.

Has anyone argued Taylor "deserved" to be shot? (Do not confuse this with a correlation with criminal involvement, which there was...I said "deserved")
As for skin color are you suggesting scenarios of this type only involve black people? Step carefully with this answer as there's a large can of worms involved.
