That's racist!

What bad decisions did B. Taylor make? She was at home sleeping in her bed when she had her door kicked in and got shot multiple times because law enforcement was looking for someone who had already been arrested. She was not harming or threatening anyone and was a RN working on the front lines of the pandemic. Her only crime was being black. We're not at risk because we're middle-class white guys. Please tell me what she did to deserve what happened to her. Can't wait for your answer.
so many incorrect statements in this post, don't even know where to begin

I dont trust the police or their spokesmen to be truthful about the incident. Only their body cam audio/video would convince me.

Still, a person in their residence could make a case he thought intruders were masquerading as Leo's to gain entrance.
I don’t trust it either but their was the neighbor that stuck his head out of the door.....I see no blame at all in the bf shooting back..... if it went down like they said then it is just a tragic accident......I don’t think there is video not sure about the audio which questions why there wouldn’t be video..... I do feel that is where a good portion of money needs to go is to a better video system.... cops shouldn’t be able to turn them off and they shouldn’t have to be responsible for turning them on either.

Say it was "just a tragic accident", regular citizens are held accountable for tragic accidents and the police should be also.

Has anyone argued Taylor "deserved" to be shot? (Do not confuse this with a correlation with criminal involvement, which there was...I said "deserved")
As for skin color are you suggesting scenarios of this type only involve black people? Step carefully with this answer as there's a large can of worms involved.
It happens to minorities to a proportionally larger degree than it does to caucasians.

Kind of, but not on a basis of interactions with police. Of all the white people who have an interaction with cops, they are killed at a higher rate while unarmed than blacks who have an interaction with cops.

If they followed procedure..... I don’t see how they can be..... cops are no different than my job or any other profession.... I can do things that are part of my job that a non-licensed citizen could get in trouble for

You can't "accidentally" give someone the wrong medicine leading to their death without repercussions. At a minimum you would lose your license.

I understand and to a certain (limited) extent agree but plot armor makes for an iffy precedent. There's a difference between understanding the incredibly difficult situations in which LEO can find themselves and seeing scenarios where the LEO appear to be Kirk, Spock and McCoy and the citizens are "Red Shirt #5".

Actual racists.

Now which one of you guys lives here? i'm sure we have a few posters in the video.

You had to go to the ku klux klan capital in some tiny Arkansas town to find people who are racist douche-nozzles. Kind of proving the point that racists are largely irrelevant. They aren't mainstream, and every reasonable American thinks those people are pieces of of cat sh*t.

I noticed you didn't explain why B. Taylor deserved to be shot. And your skin color has nothing to do with your interactions with police because you are WHITE.
No one. Literally no one is saying she deserved to be shot. Her death was tragic and a GIGANTIC F-up by the police. Same goes for George Floyd. Neither of these folks deserved their fates and no one is saying otherwise.

Lol at the surfing one. Its not coincidence that the races that partake in the most water sports also have long and storied histories of nautical navigation. Just wait when the weather gets colder and the leftists complain about the lack of diversity in skiing and ice skating.

That being said, I'm a little surprised they dont have any stories discussing the over representation of people of color in football and basketball especially considering how it does not represent the USA accurately.

"They" would simply say that people of color are the better athletes and it wouldn't be fair to replace them with a less talented player for the sake of diversity.

You do realize her boyfriend shot the cops first who then returned fire right? Her only crime wasn't being black (you're racist), it was choosing a dumb boyfriend.
You bust into my house unannounced and I have a gun handy I am using it. I dont care what's on your vest.

Breona Taylor needs to get dropped from this argument real fast. There is absolutely no way to spin any type of fault on her or her BF in this situation.

That is my understanding. I would have done the same thing that he did if I was in a similiar situation most likely...but I'd never be in that situation to start with.
There is literally no way for you to say that. You move to a new place. Previous owners were into some stupid stuff, cops roll up and bust your door down.

You drive a similar car to someone involved in a crime cops are going to stop you.

Agreed, but I think the race angle in this story is equally ridiculous. She was black, but that had nothing to do with her being killed by the police. If the police were doing everything by the book and this was the outcome (as it is all the time in similar situations to people of any race) then the book needs to be re-written fast.
