I thought that was interesting, sometimes you see $5 or $10k for an actual murder, but $100k for whatever this is? Being edgy?

The cynical side of me wonders three things:
Do the workers get paid even if the site is shut down
Is there a disgruntled contractor with an axe to grind
Is there a union issue that a work stoppage might fix

Top comment says it all. I was thinking it had to be some type of electrical pull line. Sounds like that's exactly what it is. Not sure how people are supposed to run wiring in conduit without it.

That’s exactly what I thought. Before we finished wiring our basement in Michigan we had several loops hanging and taped. 8 times? This is just an unfinished electrical job.
